Hello, my emails comes on my iMac instantly but on my iPhone (7.1.1) after 30 minutes, 1 hour or never. My account is example@mail.com. What should I do ?

Check your iphones email settings.
When you check your email on the phone does it come in right away?
Maybe you have push turned off to manual or fetch?

My setting is pushed but this email doesn't have the option to pushed and I set it to check every 15 minutes. But the issue persists, no emails receiving.
So they dont come in at all or they come in after 15-30 minutes?
Maybe get a new email that pushes?
