emate wireless setup

got everything to get my original emate online wirelessly....got the card, the drivers....it all seems to work but I does not want to connect to my airport express and/or dlink network...what am I doing wrong??

Did you turn off your wireless security? I can't even use my Newton on WEP encrypted networks. Its fine on non encrypted, but anything that has security doesn't work for me.

I guess i am lucky in being able to get on my wep encrypted wifi signal with my newton 2100 and a lucent Orinoco silver.

The thing i figured out is there is a few ways to input the key (one is hex and i forget the other), i forget what one i had to use. but it did work after i changed it.

another thing is you need to get the unlocked driver from the source version (the driver is pre built included into the source download).

thanks for the reply guys!...but I still dont know how to get it up and running..
and I tried it with unsecured network settings...no dice...
my drivers are also not restricted...everything should! work...
can u post screenshots of your settings??
