embedded video in emails

How do I embed a video in an email? So for example if there is a youtube video I find funny and instead of emailing the link would like to place the little video box directly in the email, which I have seen done several times now, so that the individual viewing the email can just press the play button while in the email?

I don't know of any way to do this with Mail, as, aside from adding hyperlinks, Mail doesn't seem to offer an ability to directly add HTML code, which you'd need for those video links you're asking about.

ahh i see maybe it is just web pages that this works on.
