Embedded video works on iPhone but not iPad?

Hi,

Does someone know the answer to this question?

I've embedded a m4v here:


Accessing that image works great on iPhone but just stays on a still image on my iPad. If I direct my iPad directly to the file it plays fine:


I've searched the forums and googled lots, it's driving me slightly crazy!
