Embedded Vimeo video problems

I'm having trouble with an embedded video through Vimeo on my site's homepage. It works fine on Safari and Firefox on my Mac, and has worked in the past for IE and Firefox on PC's that I've tested it with, but it's no longer working on PC's or Linux boxes (according to browsershots.org). It shows up as if it is an image that can't be found (red x in a box), or just doesn't show anything at all. Anyone offer any advice here? I copied the code directly from Vimeo's embed feature, no modifications.

Wow, I hate to bump, but does no one have an answer? This is pretty key to the website here.

EDIT: Fixed some validation errors and page fully validates now, but still nothing (and for some reason the header isn't showing up on a few browsers, as in the page navigation and the image above it).

could it infringe on their user agreement?
