Embedded YouTube Videos Unplayable

Ever since I installed iOS 5 on my iPad 2, embedded YouTube videos are almost all unplayable:

These same videos were all previously playable, and if I look them up on YouTube's mobile site, they play just fine.

I tried restoring to give my iPad a totally clean slate, but the problem remains.

Has anyone else run across this bug?

As I said, basically any embedded YouTube video. For example, every video on this blog:

http://www.crossesmusic.com/

These videos play just fine on my iPhone 4 running iOS 5.
