Embedding .HTML file apps into a PowerPC or Executable application

I did ask a similar thing, but I don't think that method will work here.

Can you make an application using applescript or something else that runs an HTML file? There are literally thousands of ways to use HTML to create things. Especially games. I know you can hand write it all or some people use a converter on .sb3 game files to get a file, or just anything really. Does such a way to build a launcher or embed it exist? This could be huge for PowerPC gaming. Help me crate a way to port games and other offline apps to PowerPC!

Yeah. You'll have to poke through the 'older versions' link at the bottom of the page. I use it on Tiger, i just can't recall which release. Don't have any PPC's handy at the moment.
