This is not to mislead. But if you have ever jailbroken your iPhone and have emoji enabled...when you upgrade to the LEGIT 3.0 beta, your emoji remains enabled - that is if you restore from your backups after the upgrade is completed.

I just thought I would lose that ability but guess not!

Once you enable it, I don't think you can ever get it off completely... I have restored several times, as new devices, and it's still there..

That makes me happy too...

You can never have enough smiley poos!

I am currently awaiting my activation email for the developer program, then I can get my hands on 3.0!

I have noticed that it will be disabled again if you set the phone up as a new phone (by not restoring from a backup). It must be some preference file that gets copied from the restore if you have enabled it in the past.

That's correct. I just restored the 3.0 beta but set up as a new phone this time, and lost emoji. However, Spell Number (version 1.03) worked perfectly! So it's still unlockable. ;)
