Emoji predictive text not working

Hi
I can't use emoji predictive text, the one that when you are typing, predictive box suggests you an emoji (you type pizza and it shows you the pizza emoji in the predictive box).

Can anyone tell me how to fix it? Please.

After you type pizza, you need to go to the emoji keyboard... only then it’ll work.. are you doing that?

Also it works only in imessege..

Or do you want pizza to show in your predictive typing?? Typing pizza shows pizza and replaces for me on tapping it... don’t know any fix other than turning prediction on and off
