Hello Srs. May be you could help me out.

I am managing a project and the clients asked us to use emojis to be added on the graphics of several videos we are creating. So far I have found out they are used to be add ons for the text software but no to be use as graphics. Could anybody help me out? we are using Adobe Premiere Pro in our studios.

Thank you very much, you are so kind.

Emojis are a font in Apple - included with every system for a few years.
You could just design the emojis you need in TextEdit, and then make a PDF and import it into Premiere Pro. Or do this in Pages or other... :)
