Employee GPS tracking and hours worked app

Hello Everyone,

Can someone recommend an app that will allow me to keep track of my two employees in the field? I would like to be able to track the location, and the hours worked from my my desktop or my iPhone in real time. I would like to be able to see which one is closest to the next customer and direct the closest employee to his next assignment.

I did find a few apps like that on the App Store but I didn't like the functionality or UI or the price.
