Universal Employee Office Status App

Hello All,
My wife was tasked with finding an app that they can use at her work that can do the following:

• Have employees be able to access the app and indicate if they are in our out of the office
• Employees should be able to tell the app where they will be going and what job location they are at.
• Be able to indicate what dates they will be on vacation.
• Have everyone in the office and off site members be able to see this information on an app on both an iPhone and Ipad(and android device if possible) at any time with live updates.

With so many apps on the App Store, any ideas what apps can do this? Paid subscription is not a problem if the app does the job.
