I forgot how I came across EmpoyersUSA.com,but I do recall finding it from a reliable source. The service just like Monster and CareerBuilder, but with more jobs and has a subscription charge to access its database.

Has anyone used it before? Is it effective? I wasn't able to google anything up substantial.

I've used them before and had some luck, but I heard that they're not doing so good now. Due to the scarcity of available jobs, the headhunters themselves have to get laid off. But I'm going to revisit them and see what they can do for me. My luck w/ job hunting has been pretty bad, all my family and friends are having some trouble themselves.

I've never had any luck with ANY kind of online resume board. Headhunters are the way to go.

Agreed

All I get are "offers" to be a salesman for some sketchy company
It makes me feel like I am doing something... but mostly it has been a waste of time
