iPad empty / clear home screen iPad

I have the iPad 3, jail broken, and i wanted to create a "empty" home screen because I'm thinking about adding dashboard X, and just figured I'd like the look of a widget page.

Are there any solutions you guys know of.
I was looking at HomeSpringPage on cydia, but I wasn't sure

Try the tweak GridLock. It allows you place apps anywhere on the screen. I just moved all my icons (except for the dock) to page 2, page 1 is completely free of apps. Works fine.

Or get infinidock and move them all in folders in your dock like i do!
