Empty dictionary?

English is my second language, so sometime I relying in build in dictionary to check the definition of words. However, when I need the dictionary, it will only show blank box... Here is what I mean:

However, if I click manage... I see this:

I think his means downloaded dictionary bank....

Any ideas?

Ok. The cloud with the arrow is to download other languages, but your problem is descreet isn't a word in the English language. Discreet is though. Google would be a better tool here.
