DOSBox emulates a full x86 pc with sound and DOS. Its main use is to run old DOS games on platforms which don't have DOS.

I didn't think people weren't aware of DosBox at this point. Cool seeing it advertised still.
I use it on my PowerBook G4 to run Windows 3.1 and play Solitaire and Ski. Also sometimes do more in Windows, but mostly some lightweight games. DosBox emulates rather slow so it's not great for productivity within Windows.
