Emulate windows driver on mac?

I just bought a Vga to usb converter to use my dual monitors on my early 2008 mbp and i was wondering either if someone can write a mac driver for it or if i can emulate the windows driver in mac with crossover/wine etc...Using a application it created, so everytime i open the application the driver will start running.

Yes, you can write it if you have the know how. No, you won't be able to use the windows driver.
