Be aware that both are horribly slow on PPC. You won't get the sort of performance that you get from a non emulated solution like VMware Fusion on Intel Macs. I created some very interesting new profanities suffering with VirtualPC on Mac before the Intel Macs came out, including fighting with the Citrix client on Mac.
