Is there a way to enable this feature on 2012-2015 macbook pro retina? If there's a new hack or similar software please let us know. It would be very beneficial if there's a way to stop charging at 80%.

Not unless you figure out how to reverse engineer a T1/T2 chip into those models

No, unfortunately this feature is only enabled for MacBook models having thunderbolt ports used for charging.
