Hey folks! I've been searching for an answer to this question since installing Yosemite beta yesterday, all to no avail. I opted to not enable iCloud Drive because, at the time, I wasn't running iOS 8 beta on my iPhone/iPad. After installing Yosemite I installed iOS 8 beta on both my devices.

Now I can't figure out how to enable iCloud Drive after the fact. When I navigate to Sys Pref > iCloud and scroll down to iCloud Drive, the option is checked; however, I've unable to do anything with HandOff on my Mac and there's no option in Sys Pref > General to enable HandOff.

Any idea how to enable iCloud Drive after opting out during Yosemite install?
