In front of my Mac
I found ways for all my desired preferences to be set via Terminal (revert some prefs back to Snow Leopard, but also other prefs).

One pref I just can't seem to be able to set via Terminal.
I'd let to set the trackpad draggin of windows via double tab.
Via the preference ui it's possible via:
System Preferences / Universal Access / Trackpad options / Dragging

i've used sudo fs_usage to track down the plist file but can't seem to get it working.

I see a Dragging pref in:
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.driver.AppleBluetoothMultitouch.trackpad.plist

Which seems to be set by the preference UI, but when I set it by hand and logout and login the pref is still set but not used.

Anyone any ideas?
