Hello,
I have been pulling my hair out trying to figure out why wifi calling wasn't working on my Late 2011 MBP. I'm talking about the wifi calling feature that works without the iPhone being on the same wifi network. I noticed yesterday Apple finally updated their support document acknowledging the feature is only available on 2012 or later models.
Apple similarly disabled Continuity features on older machines, but some users here came up with the amazing Continuity Activation Tool that has allowed me to enable this feature on my Mac.
What I would like to know is if anyone has come up with a workaround similar to CAT, but for wifi calling. If not, can anyone provide tips on where to start I can look in to this myself? Thanks!!
