Enabling Flash/Video

I think I posted this in the right place this time.. I wouldn't consider this a hack.. but is there anyway to load flash to an iphone or download plugins like real player etc. with or without being jail broken? maybe Apple doesn't support either of the two

maybe the title should say streaming video? some sites work but most within Safari don't

Nope. The iPhone doesn't support Flash based video streaming.
Basically you're SOL if you visit any sites that use Flash.

Not possible without Apples blessings on stock firmware.
