My friend has a PC, and would like to enable MMS on her iPhone 3G with 3.0. I've instructed her to download the .ipcc file, but she can't open it in iTunes. Any help?

She needs the pre-release version of iTunes 8.2

Just tell her to wait until they enable it. She'll have to call and lie to get her mms opt-out code removed. It's really too much trouble.
