Enabling Right Click and Scroll With a 3 Button Mouse in OS9

Hello everybody, I just got an iMac G3 with OS 9, and am using a Microsoft mouse with two buttons and a scroll wheel. However, I cant get the right click or the scroll wheel to work!

What's wrong with it? Thanks :)
