I'm running OSX 10.45 and have setup a user account for our nanny. I logged in as her and noticed some applications do not show up for her. How do I enable MS Office and other apps I've installed under Admin so that she can access them with her login id??
I also have external drive which shows up with her login. How do I change the settings so the drive is not accesible to her?
