Did a search and didnt see any mentions of this. For those of you like me who want a more film look and better DOF from a standard video camera, check this out. Its your typical Letus or Red Rock styled adapter with focusing screen that will let you shoot your video thru alot of Canon lenses. Unlike those expensive brands, this is only $200!
One downside is it does not flip the image. That means everything will appear upside down on your LCD while shooting and you will need to flip the video in PP. You can modify your LCD to display it correctly if you so desire though. Other slight downside is you need a fast lens, meaning something f/2.8 or faster. They say best lens to use is the Canon 50 f/1.8 which I happen to have, you can get one for $100.
