Lion is supposed to have a service called Encode to MPEG Audio. But after upgrading to Lion, I don't have it. Is there any way I can get it without reinstalling Lion?

You have to set it up in Automator. Choose "Service" when Automator asks you to "Choose a type for your document." Search for or scroll down to "Encode to MPEG Audio."
It didn't show up until I did that.

OK, I made a service in Automator. And it's listed and checked in the Keyboard Shortcuts. But it's still not available.
