I am pretty new to this. I have made a few videos in iMovie that I have uploaded to youtube, but I want to do some stuff that is better quality and non-youtube branded.

Are there any guidelines for creating good looking videos that will load and play fast without constant buffering on slow connections?

I would prefer them to be encoded to use flash (since most people have this available to them). I would also like them to be at least 640x360.

I will be using FC Express 4. I also have CS4 with the Adobe Media Encoder if I need it.

Please advise.
