encoding to mpeg2 with close caption data in compressor?

I am trying to encode wither to an h.264 mov or an mpeg2 with close caption data encapsulated in the file. From what I have read this is possible with compressor 3. But i have found no documentation on how to do it. Can anyone list steps for me from when I receive a tape with CC data on it to ending up with an mpeg2 file with cc data encapsulated?
