Encountered several issues regarding volume and shutting down

I dropped my phone in water recently after which i followed all the procedures: dry it with hot air, outside and in the charging socket, went at the charging socket with a toothbrush, dried it bone-dry of energy and put it in rice for the night. Although all the other functions are working fine, whenever i turn off my phone, it turns itself back on almost immediately and it doesn't seem to play any sound that isn't a ringer (alarm clock, phone ring) unless i'm hooked into a aux socket. Obviously you can conclude that the speakers are still working. Any tips, solutions?
