Encrypt iPhone backup

Option in iTunes to "Encrypt iPhone backup." Don't remember seeing that before I upgraded to the 3.0 beta?
 
Password

I activated the encryption feature and put the password to it but when I tried to turn it off, it says I have the wrong password. I have tried like 20 times.
