Encrypted External Hard Drive won't accept password

Hi

Hope you can help with this.

I am trying to mount my encrypted external hard drive, but it won't accept the password suddenly - even though I know it's the right one.

Have tried Disk Utility, but no luck. Even attempting to change the password using Disk Utility doesn't help.

It's got a lot of work data on it, desperate to access it.

Any ideas?

Update: A restart of the computer mounted the drive and all worked fine. Phew.
