Hi! im praying someone can help me!

I plugged m iphone 5 in to charge last night on my mac. It decided to update to iOS7.0.2 so i left it to do that while i went to bed. an hour later i woke up and when i tried to check the time basically my phone was buggered, te update failed and screwed my phone up with it. It wouldnt let me do anything and then it restored to factory settings.
When i tried to restore from back up file - i back up to computer through itunes and also the cloud....it had deleted my backup files and my icloud backup!! seriously....it just deleted them!!
There is ONE file from this year which is encrypted....ive tried every password it could ever be - i spent hours on the phone to apple support who said they cant help but one guy did suggest i download a program to recover the files. I tried - none of them work. I did however get a program to tell me the password for the file...however that is not working on itunes.

I know there is a way somehow to get an encrypted file open...especially if i have a password but obviously itunes refuses to accept it....please someone help??
