Encrypted proxy

I want to set up an encrypted proxy and i am not sure how to do it. Also i am not trying to just shield what i search i want to be able to use it systemwide.

When using a commercial or free encrypted tunnel proxy anonymizer, either SSL or SSH is used for encryption.Proxy encryption schemes are cryptosystems which allow third parties to alter a ciphertext which has been encrypted for one party,so that it may be decrypted by another.
