Encrypting multiple internal HD's in Lion?

Hi,

I've just upgraded to Lion and i've turned on Filevault for my Macintosh HD. I also have three other internal HD's in my MacPro that i would like to encrypt. Do i do this in Disk Utility like i would for an external HD?
