I'm looking for encryption software for my external usb flash drive that preferably is able to do the following.

  • Works with both Windows & Mac
  • Works without administrative settings

I hear truecrypt was good however it does not work if you don't have administrative settings (does not have this at Uni), etc.

Given your lack of admin rights to install software you may need to move to a cloud type solution.
