End of cord stuck in headphone jack

Yup, I'm an idiot. I stepped on the cord coming from my laptop, causing it to break off at the metal part which is now stuck inside the headphone jack. I could try to find a tiny screwdriver and take apart my macbook or is there an easier way to get it outta there? My friend suggested a very powerful magnet. What a moron!

Very small tweezers should do the trick.

If you can't do it yourself, then any jeweler that repairs watches should be able to pull it out quickly and easily.
