Endless Network Address Searching in XP

I've partitioned through bootcamp, and have reinstalled the windows drivers and done a fresh install of Windows, and am still running into the issue that my wireless senses a connection and will tell me it's connected, but then stalls out looking for the network address, and won't automatically assign an IP.
