So initially I had added my gmail account to my new phone without any issues, but then today it told me to re-enter my password. I did so except now it says it can't verify my account. The problem I can't wrap my head around is that I can log in without issues via Safari on the phone, but when I go in trhough Settings -> Mail -> Accounts -> Add -> Google is sends my on an endless unable to verify loop. I have two-factor on and enter the code when it asks and everything. I made sure Private Relay was off before adding the account.

So in short:
  • Can't add Google account via Setting -> Mail -> Accounts
  • Can log in via Safari
  • Private Relay is off
  • Two-factor for the gmail account is on
  • Confirmed recent activity as "It was me." or whatever in gmail account security
Is there some thing I haven't though of? Looking online I couldn't find anything that has worked yet...
