I purchased the Enermax notebook cooler, and I was so amused to have it. Until finally I put it to the test, and all of a sudden, I get nothing. I have tested this item for so many hours and I still did not get any results in temp drops. (Could it be because the fan is only locating towards the bottom of the umbp with no vents?) I mean, could it just be logical that the air is not circulating inside the umbp?

I thank everyone here who have suggested this product and to everyone else. My problem here is not with the cooling fan, but with Enermax's lack of support. I was emailing a guy back and forth of trying to send back the product for a refund, and it was a mission. First the guy gives me gibberish about some RMA number. Then, I had to print out the form, fill it out on hand, scan it to the computer, get an email back saying I got to pay for the shipping and I'm responsible of any damage done on transit. I checked the cost to send it back and it is too expensive and I would be spending more than what I paid for. I am super pissed. I love the way this notebook cooler looks, but they decided to give me a defective product. That stinks. Well anyways, I hope everyone here who has an aelous pad is satisfied with their product.
