enhanced podcasts in itunes

I feel like I'm missing something very obvious here.

I just got an iPod Touch (having used an iPod Classic for a few years), and noticed that for Enhanced Podcasts have, in addition to the images/links,the ability to skip between sections very easily without having to FF/Rew and hope for the best.

Is this functionality broken/no longer in itunes? I found an apple support article (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1597) that says an icon should appear that lists all the sections, but it doesn't appear for me.

Using iTunes 9, everything up-to-date.

When you're playing the podcast, there is a "Chapters" menu that will be added to your iTunes menu bar.

Oh thank you, thank you. Bizarre place to put it, I never even considered that they'd actually change the menus... quite odd and seems un-apple-like.

also beware that UK music podcasts can no longer break into individual tracks in chapters with different artwork for the songs, for legal reasons.
