Enhanced Quality Siri

After every restore, I end up with low quality Siri voices. Somehow the high quality gets downloaded in the background, but how?

It should download automatically. You won't see a progress bar or any notifications. I don't know how long it will take, that depends on your network coverage and usage I think.
