Enhanced Spotlight in UK

Just today the enhanced Spotlight features (wikipedia, app store search etc) seem to be available to me in both Spotlight and Safari search. Previously, this was not available to anyone in the UK or outside the USA to my knowledge. Can anyone else confirm this?

Yes, it wasn't available previously on Yosemite or iOS 8. In Germany, it's available now, too.

Can't confirm for sure, but can only confirm that it wasn't available to me (in the UK) until today.
Only noticed it because of the notice in Safari when I tapped the address bar (screenshot attached).
Safari is showing Wikipedia, maps, movie info etc.
Spotlight also showing the same enhanced results.
