iPod touch Enough to warrant a return?

i noticed the screen on my touch has a tiny black vertical line about 1 mm in length. is this enough to return it? i dont wanna be too picky.

i think so...ive noticed it from day 1 and dealt with it, but i cant stop looking at it. also, i already applied a invisible shield on the back so i cant decide.
