Erm guys, I am intending to get a 15GB iPod. My windows does nto have Firewire, so is it true that I have to get a dock and a USB port, sold seperatly, in order for my iPod to work? Btw my com has USB 2.0 ports

You don't have to get a dock. You can plug the cable straight into the iPod. There is a special cable for USB. It runs $20. If you shop carefully you can probably find a PCI Firewire card for that much or less.

Do you have any idea where to get that cable? that cable is offical apple product or what?

You can get them from Apple :) The "Dock Connector" is the connector on the bottom of the iPod. It's exactly the same as the connector on the back of the dock.

Oh i get it, i mess up everything .LOL, how stupid of me :D . Anyway If i get a 15GB iPod, and I can a USB + Firewire Dock Connector Wire, it will just work all fine?
