enrolling Series 0 Watch with Apple Care?

So Best Buy has a steal for the Series 0 watches and I'm considering picking up a SS watch from them and giving my old watch to my fiancé. Would I still be able to enroll the watch with apple care?

I just bought another one and purchased the AppleCare+!
