Enter Key solutions?

I use a Wacom tablet instead of a mouse. I often need to use the Enter key (NOT Return) while drawing with the pen. My PowerBooks had an Enter key where the MacBook Pro's now have a right hand Option key. Now, the only way to type Enter on a MacBook Pro requires two hands (fn+return). Anyone know a utility to create my own assignment of the Enter Key, or any other possible trick?
