I just found out this now when i accidently entered that site instead of goanimate.com

It's just Mac OS X server. Might be Apple, but I doubt it.

It says reserved from apple and when I click on it, it brings me to the apple site

It's not an Apple Domain. Whois on the domain points to a generic GoDaddy as registrar. But if you pull a traceroute and geolocate the IP address, it points to the Wichita, Kansas area.

It says reserved from apple and when I click on it, it brings me to the apple site

"all rights reserved" is just legal mumbo jumbo. It isn't saying anything about site ownership. Likely it's just there for the Apple logo and Apple name and whatever else there doesn't belong to the site owner.
