Does anyone find it a bit boring that Apple have decided to enter an existing and long established product category?
The Mac, iPod, iPhone and iPad all "created" or helped to create a new product category. Where as watches have been around for centuries.
Are there any articles taking this angle? The first time Apple has entered a mature market? Would like to read them.
Because let's face it, first and foremost Apple watch is a watch, and should be reviewed and compared as such. How much of the watch market will they take?
im just glad Apple didn't try to claim they invented the watch... "The fastest way to tell time... All new wrist-born technology" etc.
And then there are rumours of the Apple car, which is another mature market.
